RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESTOCKING

 

-No returns or refunds if the wrong item is ordered or it doesn't fit. It is the customers responsibility to check for fitment and confirm the item is correct before ordering. If we allow a refund or return, we are entitled to a 25% restocking fee as well as customer is liable for shipping and handling.

-If we send an incorrect item then what was ordered, we will pay for shipping to return the item and the correct item will be sent once the other is received.

-If an item arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact shipping service for compensation as all items are checked and inspected prior to shipment. 

​

-If customer orders an item not legal in their area, they are responsible for a 25% restocking fee as well as a 15% cancelation fee. 

​

-If an order is canceled, customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and 15% cancelation fee.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and restocking fees are governed by the return, refund, shipping, and cancellation policies posted on profoundarmory.com at the time applicable to the transaction, together with applicable law.

 

Certain products may be final sale, non-returnable, or subject to additional restrictions, including products that are regulated, serialized, used, installed, opened, customized, special ordered, clearance-priced, or otherwise designated as non-returnable.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
